Renee has been a licensed massage therapist and student of metaphysics for over 35 years. 
   Renee brings a whole body, mind, spirit approach. Her style of massage is traditional Swedish using shiatsu energy points and range of motion to affect the most influence on all the body's systems.
   Renee is a graduate of the Swedish Institute for Holistic Studies in N.Y.C., NY. Renee is a graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Institute in Paradise Island, Bahamas, and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1989. In addition, she has studied and practiced Re-Evaluation Counseling through the Harvey Jackins Institute, Seattle, Washington, in empowerment work for men, women, and children.

  Renee has completed coursework at Kingston Hospital, NY. in cancer and life altering illness, as well as intensives through Landmark Education, New York City, and the Omega Institute of Holistic Studies.
   Renee attained a four-year apprentice certification in herbal medicine under the direction of Pam Montgomery, a nationally recognized herbalist and author of Partner Earth, as well as a two-year certification as a Usui Shiki Reiki Master.
